30 Collis Street provides supported living for those who are recovering from mental illness, preparing them to lead full, independent lives back within the Community. A three floor town house, 30 Collis Street is situated close to good local amenities including shops, post offices, churches and local bus routes and has four bedrooms as well as a TV lounge, fully fitted kitchen, patio and garden area.

A qualified Support Worker is on hand to ensure that Residents are not isolated, providing whatever specialist support is required, whilst making certain a dignified independence is maintained. Residents are encouraged to attend regular meetings and personal consultations where necessary as well as pursuing their own interests. Visitors are most welcome.

Carlton Care adopts a holistic approach to physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, at the same time acknowledging that Residents must also contribute to the decision-making process of their home. Staff co-ordinate care needs and are trained to help Residents maximise their potential and improve their life skills within a relaxed, communal environment.
