30 Collis Street provides a self-contained flatlet as well as three comfortable bedrooms all of which can be personalised to Residents' tastes.

There is one fully-fitted bathroom in addition to the bathroom in the flatlet.

Housekeeping & Laundry Services
Residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and a rota is operated for the cleaning of communal areas. The kitchen contains a washing machine and dryer and the garden provides a large drying area for sunny days.

Relaxing
30 Collis Street provides a comfortably furnished TV lounge for relaxing.

Recreation
Residents of 30 Collis Street are encouraged to continue with, or take up, a special interest or hobby. Many attend Day Centres, whilst others work, follow their own routine or undertake voluntary work.

The kitchen is fully fitted, providing everything residents need to prepare and cook their own meals.

Access to the first and second floors is via a staircase.
